Scott, a dedicated professional with an impressive tenure of over three decades at Farmers and Merchants Bank, Long Beach, CA, holds the esteemed position of Senior Vice President and Regional Manager overseeing the offices in Fullerton, Orange, and Garden Grove. Recognized as a prominent figure in North Orange County, Scott has made notable contributions as the former President of the Fullerton Rotary Board of Directors and past Chairman of the Fullerton, now North Orange County Chamber of Commerce.
 
His commitment to community involvement is evident through his directorship roles at Eastside Christian Schools and the Fullerton Boys & Girls Club. In recognition of their outstanding contributions, Scott and his wife Jane were honored with the prestigious 2013 Man and Woman of the Year award by the YWCA of North Orange County.

Mayor Brown, a long-time resident of Buena Park, has an impressive background as a retired Marine Corps Gunnery Sergeant and former Los Angeles Deputy Sheriff.
 
He was first elected to the Buena Park City Council in 1990 and is now serving his eighth term as Mayor. Alongside his mayoral duties, Art is also the curator of the Buena Park Historical Society and an active member of several local organizations, including the Buena Park Cable Foundation and the Buena Park Noon Lions Club.
 
Art volunteers with his wife as Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus for Buena Park City and Civic Organizations. In addition, Art will be installed as President of SCAG - Southern California Association of Governments later this month.
 
This year's City of Buena Park's State of the City 2023 on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Mayor Arthur C. Brown and City Manager Aaron France will recount recent accomplishments and share City Council's innovative vision for this year. Topics will include Buena Park's 70th anniversary, renovations of the Peak Park pool, Buena Park's Women's Leadership group "We Lead BP," updates on Beach Boulevard properties, and more.
